As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, he brings a clear vision and a strong passion for church health. Clay's chief goal in life is to help people realize their God-given dreams. Doug and his wife, Gail, have two daughters and a son-in-law. He enjoys golf, racquetball, reading and sharing a latte with friends.
