Dr. Donna L. Brooks has conducted extensive research on the changes in organizational culture, especially as they affect women at work. Having received her doctorate in Adult and Organizational Development, she is a frequent lecturer at Temple, Penn State, and Villanova universities and, with her twin sister, Lynn, has served on the Wharton Export Network Panel at the University of PennsylvaniaOs Wharton School of Business. Dr. Brooks is also the U.S. Executive Vice President of the European WomenOs Management Development Network, based in Brussels, Belgium. She shared her findings on the future role of women in the workplace with the Executive Director of the Glass Ceiling Commission, and her findings were part of the CommissionOs report presented to Congress and President Clinton in 1996. Lynn M. Brooks is currently responsible for marketing strategy in Latin America and Asia for the Institute for Scientific Information in Philadelphia, and has traveled extensively on business to Latin America, Asia, Australia, Europe, and Africa, putting to good use her training in seven languages.
