Donald Skaggs
The Author: Donald Skaggs received his B.A. from Whittier College; M.S. in Educ., M.A. in history, and a Ph.D. in history from the University of Southern California. He has taught in the Los Angeles Unified School District, at Cerritos College, and at Chapman University. As one who specialized in the study of Roger Williams, he has given many lectures about him, including a paper presented at the Pacific Coast Branch of the American Historical Society.
