Dr. Donald L. Lester is an associate professor of management at Middle Tennessee State University. Dr. Donald L. Lester is an associate professor of management at Middle Tennessee State University. He was formerly the chair of the Center for Entrepreneurial and Family Business Studies at Arkansas State University and dean of the McAfee School of Business Administration at Union University in Jackson, Tennessee. Dr. Lester's research interests include organizational theory topics such as organizational life cycle and generic strategies. He has published articles in several academic journals, currently serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Management Development, and has been a consultant to several organizations, including FedEx. Dr. Lester earned B.S.E., M.B.A., and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Memphis. See less
