Dominick Giacobbe began studying karate in 1968 under Grand Master J C Shin and holds an 8th Dan Black Belt in Tang Soo Doo. In the year 2000, he was inducted into the Black Belt Magazine Hall of Fame, an honor he shares with Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan and Chuck Norris.
