Diogo Santos, obtained his Bachelors of Laws in 2003 from the Federal University of Maranhão, in Brazil, Diogo Santos was granted a Japanese Ministry of Education (MEXT) scholarship to pursue a masters of law degree at the Graduate Shcool of Law in 2007 and a PhD in International Development at the Graduate School of International Development in 2010, both at Nagoya University.
