At thirty-seven he experienced Christ in a deeply personal way. The following year he gave his life totally to the Lord. During a retreat Jesus told Dennis, "I want you to write." Four books followed: God Is My Shepherd, I Lack Nothing, Of Spirit and Presence, Evangelized! Dare I say it? and In the Power of God.
