Denise Barkis Richter, Ph.D. (UT-Austin, 1998, Journalism), started her blog, sanantoniotourist.net, in June 2010 to share her love of the Alamo City with fellow adventurers. Thanks to her parents, she's been a traveler since she was a small child, and travel is her lifelong passion.
