Dr. Kaysen, PhD, is a clinical psychologist and a Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University. Dr. Kaysen, PhD, is a clinical psychologist and a Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University. Dr. Kaysen has also published extensively on adaptation of therapy to meet the needs of diverse and underserved communities. She has been funded by the National Institutes of Health, Department of Defense, and USAID. She is board certified in cognitive and behavioral psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology and is a Fellow of the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapy. She is an Associate Editor for the journal Addiction.
