Debra B McMillan

McMillan, a graduate of The University of Michigan, holds a joint Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree in architecture and history of art, and a Master of Architecture degree with a specialization in historic preservation and restoration. She is an associate professor of architecture at Fairmont State College, from which she received the Boram Award for Teaching Excellence in 1994.
