Deb Haggerty is a lover of God, a wife, and a mother. Born in Benson, Minnesota, she graduated from Macalester College, St. Paul, MN, in 1969 with a BA in English Literature and a minor in music and religion. Deb Haggerty is a lover of God, a wife, and a mother. Born in Benson, Minnesota, she graduated from Macalester College, St. Paul, MN, in 1969 with a BA in English Literature and a minor in music and religion. Deb worked for Southern Bell and AT&T for thirteen years, holding positions from non-management to district level management. While at Southern Bell, she completed an MBA in Human Resources Management and Organizational Design. She left AT&T in 1985 to found Positive Connections(R), a management consulting and training firm. After successfully battling breast cancer in 2000, she started a website to encourage others on that path, PositiveHope.com. 2010 saw the start of her Christian book review site, PositiveGrace.com. In 2016, she purchased Elk Lake Publishing, Inc. (https: //elklakepublishinginc.com), a Christian publishing company. Deb teaches at many Christian writers' conferences, has been published in over twenty books, and has over fifty articles to her credit.
