David Riggs

David F. Riggs is curator of the Jamestown museum, part of the Colonial National Historical Park. His previous books include Vicksburg Battlefield Monuments and two regimental histories. He has also written numerous articles and book reviews. He has degrees in history from Lock Haven University (B.A.) and Pennsylvania State University (M.A.).
