DAVID LILJA received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is currently a Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and a Fellow of the Minnesota Supercomputing Institute, at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
