Dario Formisani was born in Palermo, Italy. After studying comics at the "Scuola del fumetto" in his city, he entered into the world of self-publications and Indie companies. In 2021, via his collaboration with Arancia Studio, he worked for French publisher Editions Petit a´ Petit ("QUEEN EN BD" - 2021, "HISTOIRES INCROYABLES DES 24H DU MANS VOL. 2" - 2023, "NINA SIMONE EN BD" - 2023) and as inker for BOOM! Studios on "Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Tea Time #01".
