After a few years, her body underwent drastic changes. She gained a lot of weight, her breasts collapsed and a lot of stretch marks appeared. Not wanting to risk serious health problems, she discovered the ketogenic diet and decided to try it. She began to notice that some foods gave her more energy and others weighed her down. Food addiction also influenced her diet because when she didn't bring awareness to her emotions, she reacted by eating. She spent years fighting this addiction and finally found a way to overcome it and rediscover her former beauty, creating recipes that could fill both her stomach and her soul.
