Dale Ding graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a degree in biomedical engineering and obtained his M.D. from Duke University School of Medicine. He is currently a senior neurosurgery resident at the University of Virginia, and has completed research fellowships in vascular biology at the Robert M. He is currently a senior neurosurgery resident at the University of Virginia, and has completed research fellowships in vascular biology at the Robert M. He has published over 150 articles, primarily in the field of cerebrovascular disease, and has presented over 70 abstracts at national and regional meetings. He presides on the editorial board of Neuroimmunology and Neuroinflammation as the Associate Editor, and serves as an ad hoc reviewer for over 30 journals, including Neurology, Journal of Cerebral Blood Flow and Metabolism, International Journal of Stroke, Experimental Biology and Medicine, and British Journal of Neurosurgery.
