About the Author: Cynthia Cheng Mintz loved writing when she was young, and won several writing prizes while in high school. She has a bachelor's degree in drama and history, and earned a master's degree from the University of Toronto. She has travelled to several parts of the world, including Hong Kong, which is her parents' homeland. She lives in Toronto with her husband Adam and their son. About the Illustrator: Sari Richter is an Ancaster-born artist, author, and illustrator living and working in Toronto. She earned a bachelor of drawing and painting from the OCAD University, and a master's certification from the Toronto Art Therapy Institute. She enjoys working and creating artwork with children, especially her two daughters, Rosalind and Maxine "the Bean." Sari is passionate about raising a Jewish family with holiday celebrations and traditions, and loves learning about other cultures through travel and first-hand experiences. See less
