Craig H. Allen

Craig H. Allen is the Judson Falknor Professor of Law at the University of Washington, Seattle. He joined the university faculty in 1996, following his retirement from the U.S. Coast Guard. He is a licensed master mariner and serves on the U.S. Navigation Safety Council.
