Being in her early 30s, Claudia Baier has already compiled over 10 years in customer service, sales, marketing, management, training and coaching. She has worked in small and medium-sized companies, in large corporations like Oracle and VMware as well as several years as an entrepreneur. She has held various leadership positions in tourism, event management, real estate and coaching since 2003. She is the author of "The Guerrilla Career Formula" and "9 Keys To Leaving Your Footsteps On The Moon - A Latino Choice". The majority of her sales and customer service experience originates from her 4 years at the IT corporations Oracle and VMware in Prague, Czech Republic and Cork, Ireland. She worked at Oracle from 2006 to 2009 and at VMware from 2009 to 2010. Within these few months from March 2009 to May 2010, she made a major turnaround in her performance. At Oracle, she already consistently belonged to the top performers of the inside sales team since 2006 in spite of her burnout. But at VMware, she was able to become so productive and engaged that she belonged to the top 300 sales professionals of the company and was invited to the President's Club within her first 6 months at the company. Several of the initiatives she started were implemented including an innovation program in which VMware can leverage the genius of its employees. Claudia Baier is what most would call a Freedom, Purpose and Turnaround Expert. Since she was a customer service and sales professional for a huge part of her professional career she can understand the challenges of customer service and sales professionals. Since she was able to turn her own burnout into the platform for a turnaround in attitude, energy and in turn also performance. She has the German equivalent of the MBA, is a Certified Professional Coach as well as a certified EFT Practitioner Level I. She has been working with the Anthony Robbins Companies as well as T Harv Eker Companies at events (such as Leadership Academy Bootcamp, Train The Trainer, Guerrilla Business Intensive and Unleash the Power Within) and learned a lot about how to turn people's lives around.
