Christopher Goodchild

Christopher Goodchild is a Quaker, Ignatian spiritual director, teacher of the Alexander Technique and author of A Painful Gift and Unclouded by Longing. Based in London, he has a deep interest in eastern philosophy and the Christian contemplative tradition.
