Mr. Kimball has served as president of the Structural Engineers Association of Utah (SEAU) as well as president of the Beehive Chapter of the International Code Council. He is an ICC-approved instructor and is frequently asked to provide training classes to building official, design professional, and contractor organizations to assist them in understanding the requirements of the adopted building codes.
