Cheryl Benz

Cheryl Benz has been involved in teaching and teacher training for over 20 years. She holds a B.A. "cum laude "in Political Studies and History, an M.A. in Sec. and Adult Education in ESL, and an Ed.D. from FIU in Community College Teaching with a minor in ESL. She has taught college ESL and EFL at Miami Dade CC, in New Mexico, and Guatemala and was a Fulbright Lecturer in Moldova. She has taught college ESL and EFL at Miami Dade CC, in New Mexico, and Guatemala and was a Fulbright Lecturer in Moldova. She has conducted over 35 presentations at numerous conferences including TESOL's, the 4 C's, League for Innovation in the Community College, and the CC Humanities Association. She has received numerous awards and speaks English and Spanish. Cheryl is the presently the chair of Modern Languages and ESL at Georgia Perimeter Community College. See less
