Charley McCrone is a quintessential American. As a GI Brat, he spent the first sixteen years of his life living in New Mexico, Florida, Okinawa, Oklahoma and New York. Graduating from high school, he then lived in Florida, Arkansa and the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. Thirty five years were spent in Hawaii and the last fifteen in Alaska.
