She serves on the community leadership Board of Visitors of Vanderbilt Divinity School. She is a certified spiritual counselor with postgraduate work in Spiritual Counseling at the New Seminary in Manhattan, Stillpoint, and the Spirituality Center at Mount St. Mary's College.
