Carlos Gutierrez is the founder of URRC and currently serves as the Company President and CEO. Gutierrez has a degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and currently serves on its Chemical Engineering advisory board. Mr Gutierrez is a recognized leader in the Global PET Recycling Industry, holding several U.S. and Foreign patents related to the field of plastics and surface chemicals.
