Caldwell G. Collins, a shareholder in the Nashville office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, leads the firm's Long-Term Care Litigation group. She advises healthcare providers in professional liability actions, payor disputes, government investigations, and daily operational challenges. Ms. Collins is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Washington University Journal of Law & Policy, president of the Women's Law Caucus, and recipient of the Association of Women Faculty Graduate Student Award. Ms. Collins received her BA in English literature from Vanderbilt University. In 2018, she was named an "On the Rise--Top 40 Young Lawyer" by the American Bar Association; she was selected as a fellow of the Nashville Bar Foundation in 2020; and she has been listed as a Mid-South Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine each year since 2014.
