Scott was also a consulting drilling engineer for Newfield Exploration, drilling manager for Offshore Exploration Development Corporation, and a drilling engineer, drilling superintendent, and offshore drilling manager for Pennzoil Company. He is a professional registered engineer in the state of Texas, and a member of SPE. Scott earned an undergraduate degree in petroleum engineering from Louisiana State University. See less
