Buck Tilton
Buck Tilton is co-founder of the Wilderness Medicine Institute of the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) in Lander, Wyoming. He has extensive hands-on experience in prehospital medicine and wilderness search and rescue. He has also written numerous books, including Medicine for the Backcountry and Backcountry First Aid and Extended Care .
