Bryan R Gibby, PH.D.

Bryan R. Gibby is the Chief of Military History and Acting Deputy Head for the Department of History at West Point Military Academy. He received his doctorate from The Ohio State University, and his research focuses on the role of strategic and institutional decision-making on military operations and tactics. His book The Will to Win: American Military Advisors in Korea was recognized by the Army Historical Foundation as the best book of 2012 in Institutional History.
