He has been witness to and continues to participate in the evolution of the sector's role as an agent of change for the communities they serve. In 2010 Bruce founded Third Sector Solutions (thirdsectorsolutions.org), a consulting, training and educational services firm. Third Sector Solutions provides technical assistance, workshops, coaching, organizational and professional development services to nonprofit organizations, boards of directors, staff, and universities.
