He earned masters degrees at Regent University in both communication and business administration and is pursuing a Ph.D. at Virginia Commonwealth University. A 14-year veteran of the printing industry, Winston served as CEO of a mid-sized printing company and marketing manager/quality improvement advisor for a large printing company. In addition to his present service as assistant professor in the Regent School of Business, Winston is also the logistics manager for the business branch of the Distance Education Program.
