Brian McLean
Brian McLean is a British translator and journalist. He spent periods in Japan and Austria before settling in Hungary in 1977. He is the author of Escape Routes: Ten Excursions from Budapest . He has translated about fifty, mainly scholarly, books, including Gabriella Balla's Herend (an illustrated history of the porcelain factory), Political Economy of Socialism by J�nos Kornai, and The Holy Crown of Hungary by Endre T�th and K�roly Szel�nyi.
