Brian MacKay-Lyons

Brian MacKay-Lyons was born and raised in Acadia, Nova Scotia where his ancestors have lived for nearly four hundred years. He is a professor of architecture at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and co-founder with Talbot Sweetapple of MacKay-Lyons Sweetapple Architects Ltd. His work is the subject of the 2005 monograph Plain Modern: The Architecture of Brian MacKay-Lyons.
