Brett White is a seasoned sports coach and leadership expert with over 17 years of experience in football (soccer) coaching. He currently serves as the Head Coach for the 2024 Bonnet Bay FC First Grade, leading the team in the SSFA Premier League Men. Holding an FFA Senior C licence (currently doing his Senior B Licence), he has a rich history of fostering talent and managing large teams, having served as the Coach & Player Development Manager at Bonnet Bay FC from 2014 to 2019, overseeing more than 30 coaches, 600 players, and 42 teams across both men's and women's divisions. In addition to his extensive coaching background, Brett has dedicated a decade to mindset and resilience coaching at leadership, sporting, and organisational levels. His book, "Sports Mindshift: Building the Character and Mindset of a Champion," published in 2016, has been an encouragement for young athletes seeking to enhance their mental fortitude. Since 2019, Brett has been the Football Manager at HFCA Cambodia - Happy Football Cambodia Australia, where he works with underprivileged and impoverished young people, using football programs to instil hope and provide opportunities. He is also the CEO and Founder of Be Leaders and the BE Academy, established in 2014, where he continues to develop, train, coach, and empower leaders, teams, and organisations globally.
