Arduous Dr. Pathak is an author of over 100 international paper-book publications including Politics of People's War and Human Rights in Nepal (2005), Generations of Transitional Justice in the World (2019), The Nepal Compact: Potential for Cold War II (2022), Negotiation by Peaceful Means: Nepo-India Territorial Disputes (2022), among others, have been used as Universities references in more than 100 countries across the globe.
