Beryl Ramsey Sand

Sand heard the Spirit's call to serve as a missionary to Africa at the age of 15. Ten years later, in the midst of WWII, she arrived in Africa, where she met and married Rev. Lloyd Sand. She worked as a nurse, as a literacy teacher, and assisted in writing the first Bible teaching material in the Gbaya language.
