Benjamin E Miller

Miller grew up in the rural mountains of southeastern Kentucky. With no siblings, neighbors, or television, he began writing stories as a preschooler. He has a B.S. in earth, atmospheric, and planetary sciences from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in environmental engineering from Clemson University. He has worked as a consulting engineer and a college professor.
