Barry Windeatt has been Professor of English at the University of Cambridge since 2001. He is the author of Sources and Analogues of Chaucer's Dream Poetry (1982), Troilus and Criseyde: A New Edition of 'The Book of Troilus' (1984), and Oxford Guides to Chaucer: Troilus and Criseyde (1992).
