Taos: People, Land, Spirit is the follow-up to photographer Barbara Sparks's last book, Far Flung Places: The Photography of Barbara Sparks . She has received prestigious art awards and is the recipient of two grants from the Colorado Endowment for the Humanities. She splits her time between homes in Colorado Springs and Taos, New Mexico.
