Barbara Kwiatkowska

Barbara Kwiatkowska , Ph.D. (1979), Polish Institute of International Affairs, Warsaw, has been Deputy Director of the Netherlands Institute for the Law of the Sea (NILOS) in 1985-2009 and a Professor of International Law of the Sea since 1991 at the Utrecht University. She has published extensively on peaceful settlement of oceans disputes, including some 150 articles and Decisions of the World Court Relevant to the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea (2nd rev. ed. 2010).
