Avra Pieridou Skoutella is the Founder and President of the Board of Directors of the C.C.R.S.M. Cyprus Centre for the Research and Study of Music, and Founder of the Cyprus Music Leadership Institute. She was Post-Doctoral Research Scholar at the Institute of Education, University of London where she completed her doctoral studies in music education.
