Haugen is Editor-in-Chief of Her Nashville, the city's premier women's publication. Prior to launching Her Nashville for SouthComm Communications, she was managing editor of Nashville, Williamson, and Rutherford Parent magazines, all publications of Day Communications. Raised in the Nashville suburb of Brentwood, Haugen attended Franklin Road Academy and Boston University, graduating from the College of Communication with a B.S. in film and television.
