A graduate of the University of Toronto, he has taught courses in psychology, philosophy, and human relations for over three decades. Tony is Reality Therapy Certified, a certified philosophical practitioner, and a qualified MBTI personality type analyst, having conducted behavioural training and development workshops for schools and organizations in both Canada and the United States. In addition to also holding a certificate in Enneagram Psychology studies from Loyola University in Chicago, he has been listed in Who's Who in the Humanities and in Profiles in Business and Management: An International Directory of Scholars and Their Research , published by the Harvard Business School.
