Anna Griffin is a Director of Operations at one of the big fours consulting companies in Southeast Asia Consulting and ASEANZ Growth & Markets Program Director. Passionate about operational excellence, innovation and continuous improvement, Anna has carved out diverse and successful career across the US, Europe, Australia and Asia Pacific where she focused on business transformation for companies she works for. Involved in numerous leadership groups, Anna is an active advocate for personal and professional development and growth. Now her perseverance, resilience, and leadership had directed her to a regional role to lead the operations across Southeast Asian markets. She inspires many of us to take a leap of faith in believing in our own abilities to achieve the life and careers we deserve and dream of. Anna's dedication for inspiring women to achieve more than they can imagine and to thrive in male dominated businesses has led her to establish the Women in Mining Networking group in South Australia where she served as a vice-chair and was a keynote speaker at many events. She is also a contributing mentor to the STEM program in Australia for encouraging young students to take up studies in various fields, such as science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Born in Poland, with her primary years spent in the U.S., she received her MBA from The Open University London and completed an Executive Management course from the Judge Business School at Cambridge University. She is also a professional ballroom dance instructor, having worked at the Fred Astaire Dance School in New York City, with a penchant for sports, including golf, and an interest in design and dress making.
