Anna E. Kubiak is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology, Polish Academy of Sciences, where she completed her doctoral studies. She is also co-editor of the anthology Spoleczne i Kulturowe Reprezentacje Smierci [Social and Cultural Representations of Death] (2015), and the author of around 70 articles and book chapters.
