Reverend Angela R. Carter is not your typical minister. Angela is the founder of the Women of Release Conference, designed to help women release the hurts of the past and embrace the powerful gifts God has placed inside of them for the future. Angela has been a member in the AME Church for over fifteen years and served as a local deacon and an ordained elder under the ministry of the 4th Episcopal District of the AME Church.
