Andrew Palfreman is a senior lecturer at the University of Hull's newly-established Institute of Food Health Quality, following a decade working with the Hull Institute of Food Health Quality, following a decade working with the Hull International Fisheries Institute. While working for the British Trawler's Federation he helped set up two of the first English Fish Producer's Organisations and later he was the first English Fish Producer's Organisations and later he was the firs Chief Executive of the National Federation of Fisherman's Organisations. At Hull University he combines teaching with consultancy, a role which has take him to many countries. See less
