Andrew Noble was born in Bournemouth and grew up in the area, attending the Arnewood School in New Milton. Following the successful attainment of a diploma in travel and tourism, he joined the travel industry, working locally as a travel agent with two travel agencies, before moving to London, where he worked for SABENA Belgian Airlines. A period of five years in South Africa has left him with the best of friends around him, and the best perspective with which to appreciate life and all that it throws at us. It was in South Africa that Andrew joined Singapore Airlines and discovered in more detail what a wonderful place the Far East, and in particular Singapore, can be. Having travelled the world since the age of seventeen, Andrew feels that travel, and particularly travel to places beyond the tourist belt, is the best education in life that one can find. He returned to London several years ago, and lives and works there, still in the airline industry. As frequently as possible, visits to South Africa help to retain his sanity on an even keel, though London itself has a lot to offer and continues to inspire Andrew for future works. See less
