Andrea Richards Scott, The Purpose Guide(TM) helps individuals discover, live and advance their purpose. She helps them reinvent themselves; get aligned with their values and purpose so that they can be more productive and do what they truly love. She worked in Corporate America for over 20 years. Although she had a successful career, Andrea always knew there was more to life. From her earliest recollection, she pictured herself as an entrepreneur. She honed her skills and made significant contributions which led to her promotion as lead on the largest account in the organization. In 2004, her passion for starting her own business re-emerged. Struggling with the decision to stay with the company or branch out on her own, she consulted her sister, Dr. Michelle Richards - a licensed therapist, who had the following advice: "Leap and the Net Will Appear." Andrea took the 'Leap' and never looked back. Since that time, she has been designing her work, living her dream and helping others to expand into their greatness. Andrea took the most desirable attributes of her past positions and designed a business that she is passionate about. Now Andrea coaches and trains busy professionals; helping them to manage stress, over-come obstacles and limiting beliefs, and find their purpose. She admits, "It's not always easy but it's always simple. If you do what you are called to do, you will be blessed immeasurably." That has been Andrea's experience.
