Andrea Dottling, M.Ed. is the Co-Founder of IDLance, a freelancer, writer, instructional designer, technologist, learning consultant, and entrepreneur. She worked in both the higher education and corporate sectors with experience in designing courses for a wide range of audiences. She earned her Master's degree in Education from Western Governors University and enjoys being a mother to two children following her creative footsteps.
